Dance went great today! We were a few minutes late for Mollie's 2 year old class and she ran right in and started participating like she'd been there for weeks. It was great. She was very good at following the directions. She especially enjoyed her tap shoes. Her class is 30 minutes and they do beginning ballet for the bulk of it then basic tap for the last 10 min. or so. It's a Kinderdance class taught at our community center so it's mostly built on games and cute ways of teaching real positions and stuff. Like pizza feet and butterfly feet:) We are signed up for 2 4 week sessions. Sydney did it last year. Sydney's 3-5 class was after Mollie's so they had to hang out and watch each other. Luckily Lindsay is in Mollie's class so Sydney had Matthew there to hang out and be so silly with! She was a little bummed that he wasn't going to stay and dance with her, but he was like, no way! Anyway, it's a great way to expose the girls to dance in a cheap, laid back way to see if they like it!
On the potty front, today was a great day! The 2nd half of the day was spent in panties! She is 100% for pottying while naked. She usually pees in a pull-up. They're really just like a diaper for most kids. She peed in it while we were at the gym this morning. But she went to the potty between dance classes (we brought the Dora seat) and the pull-up stayed dry. After her nap we got out the panties and she peed in her Dora panties, but looked very surprised and I think at that moment she realized that panties were not like diapers and she wore new panties until bed time and peed like 10 times on the potty! I am extremely excited. Extremely!! I am knocking on wood...
